I have answered your snacky requests with these seedy protein filled balls. I’ve been using hemp for years and years, but now that the cannabis laws in Australia are on a roller coaster of change, I can see hemp back is back in the spotlight!
These vegan and low-carb balls have the perfect balance of macronutrients and fibre which makes them perfect for serving the actual purpose of a snack, that is not to cure boredom but to keep you satisfied til your next meal!

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup peanut butter OR almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup hemp protein
- 1 tsp pure monk fruit powder*
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
METHOD
- Combine nut butter and coconut oil.
- Add in the hemp protein, monk fruit and coconut flour. Combine with your hands to form a sticky dough.
- Add in the coconut and hemp seeds. Roll into 6-8 balls and place in the fridge.
Notes
- This recipe works with any nut butter
- Pure monk fruit powder is a sugar-free sweetener (read more about what monk fruit is and where to get it here), not to be confused with “monk fruit sweetener” which is actually an erythritol based sweetener.
