Flaxseed & Banana Breakfast Pudding

This recipe was created in collaboration with Melrose Health.
Flaxseed oil is a fabulous source of plant based omega 3 fatty acids, and the good news is that its naturally nutty flavour lends itself well to sweet dishes like this breakfast pudding. Prepare it the night before and enjoy this nutritious serve of omega-3’s before the day has even begun.
