Did you know that next to berries, kiwis are one of the lowest sugar fruit options? I gave up sugar a long time ago, and still aim to consume a low sugar diet (even fruit), so I love when kiwis are in season. I’ve put cucumber in this smoothie to which makes it so refreshing. And I love using avocado in smoothies too to make them creamy!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kiwi, pealed and chopped
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend! Serve with your favourite toppings.
