A halloween inspired treat made of only apples, perfect for little and big kids – they’ll be so distracted by how cute they are, they won’t even notice it’s just plain fruit. This is one of my favourite creations – amazing what you can do with just fruit when you have a little creativity.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 red granny smith apples
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 120°C
- Peel the apples and slice in half. Using a small knife, cut out spooky faces. Place the apples on a baking tray, flat side down. Place in the oven for 2-3 hours to dry out.
