Sour Kiwi Smoothie (Low Sugar)
Did you know that next to berries, kiwis are one of the lowest sugar fruit options? I gave up sugar a long time ago, and still aim to consume a low sugar diet (even fruit), so I love when kiwis are in season. I’ve put cucumber in this smoothie to which makes it so refreshing. And I love using avocado in smoothies too to make them creamy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kiwi, pealed and chopped
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend! Serve with your favourite toppings.
