INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup cacao butter buttons (equivalent to 1/3 cup melted)
  • ⅓ cup coconut butter
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
  • 10-20 drops liquid stevia
METHOD
 
  1. Place cacao butter and coconut butter in a small pot over a low heat. Stir to melt together.
  2. Add in the cacao, vanilla bean and stevia and whisk to combine, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Pour into a silicone mould or into a tray lined with baking paper. Set in the fridge or freezer for at least an hour.
