Chocolate Drizzle Pears
A very easy, yet impressive and healthy 2-ingredient dessert.

INGREDIENTS
- 10 dried pear slices
- 100g dark chocolate (85-90%), broken into equal peices
METHOD
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each.
- Place the dried pears in a single layer on a large plate or tray lined with baking paper.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over them, using a fork or a spoon. Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
- I use at least 85% dark chocolate as this is very low in sugar, and with the sweetness of the pear, the bitterness of the chocolate is perfect.
- You can do this with any dried fruit!
