INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup cacao
- 10 drops liquid stevia
METHOD
- Gently heat all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat. Whisk until combined then pour into a baking paper lined mould. Set in the freezer until ready to be sliced.
- Store in the fridge for a fudge-like consistency or the freezer for a chocolate-like consistency
Notes
- This recipe works with any nut butter.
