Cookie Dough Beauty Balls
You’ve probably heard time and time again that a great way to prevent sugar cravings and overeating is to have some delicious protein filled snacks on hand. This recipe is the perfect snack to have in the fridge – it tastes (and looks) like dessert, it is high in protein and fibre and it’s in an individual portion making it quick and easy to grab.
This is a very easy recipe with no blender required, and I’ve enhanced its goodness with the addition of By Beth Australian collagen, providing you with a beautiful array of amino acids (chemistry can be beautiful), to aid the body’s collagen production which is used for skin elasticity.
