I’ve been making my own chocolate for years, but I had a thought that I wanted to add in coconut butter because I thought it would add some nice creaminess to my chocolate. It worked! This is my new go to sugar-free chocolate recipe!
Homemade Creamy Dark Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup cacao butter buttons (equivalent to 1/3 cup melted)
- ⅓ cup coconut butter
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 10-20 drops liquid stevia
METHOD
- Place cacao butter and coconut butter in a small pot over a low heat. Stir to melt together.
- Add in the cacao, vanilla bean and stevia and whisk to combine, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Pour into a silicone mould or into a tray lined with baking paper. Set in the fridge or freezer for at least an hour.
