These vegan and low-carb balls have the perfect balance of macronutrients and fibre which makes them perfect for serving the actual purpose of a snack, that is not to cure boredom but to keep you satisfied til your next meal!

INGREDIENTS
  • ¼ cup peanut butter OR almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup hemp protein
  • 1 tsp pure monk fruit powder*
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
METHOD
  1. Combine nut butter and coconut oil. 
  2. Add in the hemp protein, monk fruit and coconut flour. Combine with your hands to form a sticky dough. 
  3. Add in the coconut and hemp seeds. Roll into 6-8 balls and place in the fridge.
