Spicy Salmon and Tomato Breakfast Fry
I have some version of a three egg breakfast almost every day! I like to mix it up sometimes with boiled eggs, scrambled or fried.
This easy and quick recipe is my current fixation, and features perfectly fried eggs, complemented by the rich flavours of smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, creamy goat’s cheese, fresh herbs and lemon!
And the star is this hot sauce, which has become a regular in my fridge. It’s got great flavour and perfectly clean ingredients.
This is something you’ll want to try if, like me, you thrive with a high protein and low-carb breakfast. Enjoy!
