Snap Pea, Avocado & Sesame

I made this Summer side dish when I had a surplus of perfectly ready, very large avocados. It’s not a salad, it’s simply a dressed up avocado with a hint of sesame and chilli. You know like this avocado is ready for a night on the town, it is not staying at home watching movies.

Snap Pea, Avocado & Sesame

I made this recipe because I had a surplus of perfectly ready, very large avocados. And I wanted a recipe that could serve as a side that really heroes those creamy big green avos. Enter this easy dish that simply involves some crunchy and fresh sugar snap peas, a sesame tamari dressing, a touch of chilli and voila!

This is not a salad, as the avocado to everything else ratio doesn’t quite fit. But it is a nice and interesting way to serve avocados, when you don’t feel like making guacamole. It’s perfect for a Summer lunch or barbeque, enjoy!
