Lazy Roasted Wild Salmon
I call this my lazy salmon recipe because even though you could add a bunch of bells and whistles to it, this is all you need. It’s my go-to when I have some fillets of wild salmon.

If you’ve ever cooked with wild salmon, you’ll know it’s very lean and can get very dry. This recipe is specifically for wild salmon. If you are looking for my go-to for my other favourite type of salmon, Ora King, head here.

With minimal ingredients and simple preparation, this recipe ensures you have a healthy meal on the table in no time. It literally cooks in 12 minutes. I love to serve it with avocado, sesame seeds and wild rice.
