Creamy Mint Sauce
A delicious dairy-free creamy sauce to add to your next meal. It goes well with so much, but particularly the classics that love mint are lamb dishes and peas!
Make ahead and store in a jar in the fridge. Add to your meals throughout the week and you can even put it with eggs on toast! Or maybe that’s just me.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 bunch mint, leaves and stems chopped
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch cayenne chilli powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender, adding up to a ¼ cup of water to thin.
Notes
- You can store this sauce in a jar for up to 5 days.
