CBD Moon Milk
Remember when you were a kid, and your parents told you that warm milk helps you fall asleep? No clue if that was true or not but think of this as the adults version. A sweet milky drink spiked with CBD to have you sleeping like a baby. I really do believe in the power of herbs and believe that for most ailments, nature has the answer.
These herbs most definitely have a relaxing effect, and not just the compounds within them, but also the smell of them. Aromatherapy is huge people! Scents are actually so powerful at creating different moods an energies for you.
CBD Moon Milk
This is a sweet milky drink spiked with CBD to have you sleeping like a baby.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups (500ml) hemp milk OR non-dairy milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chamomile buds
- ½ tsp lavender
- 2–4 dropperfuls Hemple Sigma
- Liquid stevia OR honey to sweeten
METHOD
- In the morning, make an infusion with chamomile, lavender and enough hot water to cover. Leave to infuse for 12 hours or until bedtime!
- When ready to drink, gently warm your milk on the stove on a low heat. Strain your infusion from this morning into the milk, add in Hemple Sigma CBD and sweeten to taste.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
