Berry Beauty Bliss Balls
I absolutely love this recipe! It tastes like a creamy vanilla cookie dough with bursts of sweet and sour goji berries. Yum!
I personally practice intermittent fasting. So I don’t eat breakfast and instead have my first meal at around 12pm, then my next meal is dinner! Now of course in between that I like to have something small (I call it a mini meal) in the afternoon in between my two main meals (which both follow this formula).
And some form of protein ball is what I like to keep in the fridge for these times.
The thing with store-bought protein balls is that they are filled with so much sugar!! And this only leaves you hungry, craving more sugar and not feeling energised. No thanks.
So of course I like to make my own!
