INGREDIENTS
METHOD
  1. Place ginger in a mug and pour over 125 mls (½ cup) of boiling water. Set aside. 
  2. Place the lemon juice in a small pot and heat over a low heat. Drain the ginger brew into the pot, discarding the ginger pieces. 
  3. Gently heat then stir in the Essential C + Immune powder. 
  4. Stir in the gelatin and whisk vigorously until dissolved. Pour into a silicone ice cube tray and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
