Hemp and Cacao Pudding

Hemp is fast and furiously being added to menus all over the place – and there’s good reason too! This natural superfood is an epic vegan source of protein that is easy on the digestive system and the planet. Teamed up in this pudding with rich coconut cream and cacao, this little jar makes a perfectly nutritious snack, breakfast on-the-go or dessert.

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream 
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao 
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein
  • 6 drops liquid stevia 
  • Coconut yoghurt, to serve 
  • Berries, to serve 
  • Coconut flakes, to serve


1. Combine coconut cream, almond milk, cacao, hemp protein and stevia in a bowl and
spoon into two jars. It can be eaten straight away or stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

2. When ready to serve, top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries and coconut flakes.
