My White Chocolate Fat Fudge... Keto, Sugar-free, Vegan

I uploaded the below photo on Instagram the other day and EVERYONE wanted the recipe so here it is! It's the white chocolate version of my Cacao Fat Fudge... See here if you'd like to read why this is an absolute staple in my freezer and my thoughts on coconut oil!



  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp cacao butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 10–12 drops liquid stevia, or to taste


  1. In a small saucepan over a very low heat, melt the coconut butter, cashew butter, cacao butter and coconut oil. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and stevia. 
  2. Pour into a small lined tray or silicone mould and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Store in the fridge for a softer consistency or the freezer for a harder consistency.
