My White Chocolate Fat Fudge... Keto, Sugar-free, Vegan
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cacao butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 10–12 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
- In a small saucepan over a very low heat, melt the coconut butter, cashew butter, cacao butter and coconut oil. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and stevia.
- Pour into a small lined tray or silicone mould and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Store in the fridge for a softer consistency or the freezer for a harder consistency.
