Ultimate Paleo Breakfast
I prefer to start my day with a big brunch instead of a small breakfast... If the timing is right, I'll wait til about 11 and make a delish meal like this one. I use whatever veggies I get at the market that morning, pair it with some poachies and of course fermented veggies!
- Field mushrooms
- Fresh rocket
- Roast the mushrooms and asparagus, drizzled in olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with fresh rocket, poached eggs, sliced avo and sauerkraut.
