Cacao Fat Fudge

Not only is this creamy fudge totally moreish, but it's totally ketogenic so it won't spike your insulin levels. It's a staple in my freezer and trust me, you'll never go back to store bought...

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 10 drops liquid stevia


  1. Gently heat all ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat. Whisk until combined then pour into a baking paper lined mould. Set in the freezer until ready to be sliced. 
  2. Store in the fridge for a fudge-like consistency or the freezer for a chocolate-like consistency.
